Design:  The Pruitt PRCD-1500 is designed for intermediate pressure applications.  The PRCD-1500 has a static pressure rating of 1500 PSI and an operating pressure rating of 1000 PSI.  This model comes with the standard single rubber element design and can be used with any drilling medium application.

Power Unit:  Along with the PRCD-1500, comes the Pruitt Automated Power Unit (PAPU) and clamp operating stand.  The power unit provides a positive lubrication system that is set at a constant point above the well bore pressure to prolong seal life and ensure that contaminants remain contained within the well bore. The power unit is designed to control and maintain pressures of up to 1500 PSI.
