Design:  The PRCD-3000 is designed specifically to meet the needs of today’s most demanding underbalanced drilling applications.  The PRCD-3000 has a pressure rating of 3000 PSI Static and an operating pressure rating of 1500 PSI. 

Dual Rubber Elements:  The PRCD-3000 is designed with the operator in mind.  The double rubber application provides back up protection when the pressure is on.   With the patented quick change rubber design, the operator can minimize downtime when having to change rubber elements.

Power Unit:  Along with the PRCD-3000, comes the Pruitt Automated Power Unit (PAPU) and clamp operating stand. The power unit provides a positive lubrication system that is set at a constant point above the well bore pressure to prolong seal life and ensure that contaminants remain contained within the well bore.  The power unit is designed to control and maintain pressures of up to 3000 PSI.
