Bowls

Weld-on Bowl - Designed to be welded directly to the conductor pipe or casing string when no other means of well control is needed. The most common sizes are from 11 3/4" to 30" although custom sizes can be built upon request.

Nipple-up Bowl - Designed to be bolted directly to the blowout preventer stack. Nipple-up Bowls come in both standard and space saver versions. They have flange configurations to match BOP stacks from 7 1/19" 2000 to30" 1000.

Custom Bowl - Designed to eliminate the need and expense of a spacer spool. Custom bowls are used when the height between the blowout preventer stack and the bowl outlet flange is greater than that of a standard nipple-up bowl. Custom bowls can be built to exact rig height specifications and have flange configurations to match BOP stacks from 7 1/16" 2000 to 30" 1000.

Bearings

Bearing Assembly - Designed to save time through ease of operation. Our bearing assemblies house all of the bearings packed internally and are oil lubricated for optimum dependability. They also feature a threaded stripper rubber attachment. This saves time when changing stripper rubbers and eliminates the risk of loosing conventional stripper rubber bolts down the hole during drilling operation. The bearing assembly comes in both standard and space saver versions.

Rubbers

Stripper Rubber - The stripper rubber makes a seal between the pipe or kelly and the atmosphere. Our rubbers have one of the most unique features of the Pruitt Rotating Head. Our stripper rubber screws onto the bearing assembly via left handed threads. This design has proven to be superior to the conventional "bolt-on" style stripper rubber being used by other rotating head companies. Stripper rubbers are available in all sizes and for use with air, gas, mud or oil base mud drilling.

Oil System

Oil System - The oil system supplies oil to the bearing assembly and features flow control valves to adjust the flow of oil to the bearing assembly.

Kelly Driver

Kelly Driver - The kelly driver is attached to, slides up and down on, and rotates at the same RPM as the rigs kelly. The kelly driver also engages with the top of the bearing assembly and turns the stripper rubber to ensure maximum stripper rubber life. The kelly driver is available in all sizes and kelly configurations.

Accessories

Drilling Nipple - The drilling nipple replaces the bearing assembly when tripping out of the hole on mud drilling.

Logging Adapter - The logging adapter replaces the bearing when logging and accepts a logging lubricator via 7", 7 5/8", 9 5/8" 8rd thread.

Casing Stripper Rubber - The casing striper rubber replaces the bearing assembly when running casing and is especially useful in containing cement or drilling fluid returning to the surface.

Flowline Valve - The flowline valve closes the flowline. This allows more control over the drilling operation by diverting the gas through the choke or stopping the drilling fluid from flowing while tripping out of the hole with gas.

Bowl Gasket - The bowl gasket makes a seal between the bowl and the bearing assembly thus creating a seal between the well bore and the atmosphere. Bowl gaskets come in sizes to fit all bowls and are easily replaced when worn.

Pipe Wiper Box - The pipe wiper box replaces the bearing assembly or drilling nipple while tripping out of the hole on the mud. The box is designed to hold a standard pipe wiper rubber. As the rubber strips the mud off the drill pipe, the box contains the mud in the hole.
