Safety

Written rules and manuals are great and look impressive when we issue them to our employees or send them to you, a prospective customer. But rules and manuals are just words unless they are reinforced by action.

"In the past 20 plus years in the rotating head business, I have learned that a truly safe work environment begins with me. When I teach and preach safety, then everyone from my store managers to the guy who sweeps the floor understands that safety is of primary importance in our company."

Here are a few of the ways in which we make safety our number one priority:

  • Employee safety manuals
  • Employee on the job training
  • Job safety analysis
  • Tailgate safety training
  • Weekly safety meetings
  • Low employee turnover
  • Safety certified in H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide Gas) training.

"As the president of a small company I assume many responsibilities. Of those responsibilities, I consider the safety of my employees and my customers to be of primary importance and an ongoing process of which I must continually move forward."
